Our Toyota was barely running when we pulled in to Paris Toyota service department. Two service people came right out and took some information from us. They examined our vehicle and told us what the problem might possibly be. Quickly our car was taken to the back where an analysis showed what the problem was and what needed to be done to resolve the issue as well as the cost. We consented and parts were removed and replaced. The service writer was very courteous and helpful. We drove away happy and satisfied.

I was not happy today I went for maintenance and was not told about my air filter and cabin filter needing to be replaced it showed I had denied it but they never told me are ask me about them so I was not happy this time around I’m fixing to take a trip and was upset about this problem

Toyota of Paris gave me the appointment I wanted, started the service within 5 minutes of my arrival, kept me informed and never tried to uosell a single thing! They provided me with a full report on my 30,000 mile checkup AND a video. I was out of there within an hour and had fresh oil, fresh filters, rotated tires, and everything else included in the checkup plus my vehicle inspection!

They did a good job of changing oil, but wanted $150 to listen for a noise, which I refused.
